titled Ecology of the Great Lakes aboard the Lake Guardian (a research
vessel). FIVE slots still available !! This may be one of the few
times that this course is offered on Lake Superior, so encourage

early September 2001, a diverse group of scholars, artists, and
other professionals involved in some way in maritime studies and
education throughout the Great Lakes region met in the Detroit area
(hosted by the Dossin Maritime Museum and the Saint Clair Shores
Public Library) to network, share projects and ideas, begin development
of a maritime resource inventory, and identify and prioritize specific
maritime-related projects and products that could best be done through
